Lunch

  • Deli Box Lunch

    Ham, roast beef, turkey, and Swiss cheese on whole wheat bread served with chips, seasonal fruit, pasta salad, cookie, and a bottle of water.

    *Vegetarian Request: Sandwich with Grilled Vegetable & Portabella Mushroom with balsamic dressing.

    Conveniently packaged in a to-go box for easy transport.

  • Plated Light Lunch

    All plated lunch menus include coffee and iced tea.

    • Heart Healthy Chicken

      A grilled boneless marinated breast of chicken served with wild rice, steamed vegetable medley and dinner roll.

    • Apple Chicken Croissant

      An Arbor Day Farm favorite; a blend of diced chicken, apples, ginger, onions, and mayonnaise served with fruit cup and a pickle spear.

    • Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

      A classic mix of romaine lettuce, croutons, Romano cheese, and tangy Caesar dressing topped with a grilled breast of chicken.

  • Plated Lunch

    Entrées include garden salad, dessert, dinner roll, coffee and iced tea.

    • Chicken Cordon Bleu

      A 4 oz. boneless breast of chicken filled with ham and Swiss cheese, breaded and topped with a Dijon cream sauce served with wild rice and Chef’s choice of vegetable.

    • Baked Lasagna

      Meat lasagna baked with a zesty marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese and served with Chef’s choice of vegetable and a garlic breadstick.

    • Slow Roasted Pork Loin

      Tender slices of pork loin, cornbread stuffing and mushrooms au vin rouge, Chef’s choice of vegetable.

    • Beef Stroganoff

      Tender pieces of beef in a hearty brown sauce with sour cream and mushrooms served over herbed pasta.

    • Grilled Breast of Chicken

      A 6 oz. boneless breast of chicken topped with honey pecan sauce. Served with parsley red potatoes and Chef’s choice of vegetable.

    • Grilled Chicken Alfredo

      Fettuccine tossed in creamy Alfredo sauce and with grilled breast of chicken and broccoli.

  • Plated Vegetarian Lunches

    Entrées include garden salad, dessert, dinner roll, coffee and iced tea.

    • Tortellini Primavera

      Cheese filled tortellini topped with steamed vegetable medley in a roasted red pepper sauce.

    • Vegetable Lasagna

      Eggplant, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli layered with pasta and a creamy Alfredo sauce served with a garlic breadstick.

    • Baked Eggplant

      Grilled slices of fresh eggplant smothered in roasted red pepper sauce and Romano cheese served with wild rice.

    • Grilled Portabella Mushroom

      A marinated and grilled portabella mushroom accompanied by steamed vegetable medley.

    • Spinach and Grilled Harvest Vegetable Fettuccine

      Fresh spinach and grilled vegetables sautéed in olive oil with garlic and fresh basil served with a roasted red pepper sauce on a bed of fettuccine pasta.

  • Lunch Buffet

    All buffet menus come with a pot of coffee and a carafe of iced tea per table. A minimum of 25 people is required for buffet. All buffets are replenished for one hour; additional charges for each additional 30 minutes.

    • The Classic Sandwich

      Sliced cheeses, roast beef, ham, and turkey with assorted breads. Pasta salad, chilled pea salad, and potato chips. Lettuce, onion, and tomato tray with pickle spears, mayonnaise, and mustard. Served with chocolate éclairs and mini cheesecake.

    • The Executive

      Mixed greens salad bar with two dressings, and Chef’s choice of salad toppings. Beef stroganoff with herb seasoned pasta, grilled chicken breast with honey pecan sauce served with seasonal vegetables, and dinner rolls. Served with strawberry shortcake.

    • The Italian

      Mixed greens salad bar with two dressings, and Chef’s choice of salad toppings. Linguini and penne pasta with Alfredo and marinara sauce served with Italian sausage, sautéed vegetable medley and garlic breadsticks. Served with sticky pecan cheesecake and chocolate éclairs.

    • The Tex Mex

      Spanish rice, refried beans, fiesta corn. Chicken fajitas, cheese quesadillas, flour tortillas, lettuce, onion, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. Served with cinnamon tortilla apple crisp.

    • The Home Style

      Mixed greens salad bar with two dressings, and Chef’s choice of salad toppings. Chicken fried steak and meatloaf served with whipped potatoes with white gravy, green beans, and dinner rolls. Served with homemade apple pie.
