1st Course Shared Starter:

Confit of TD Niche Farm Red Wattle Pork Belly, house-made apple butter, pretzel toast
Breaded Lobster & Crab Ravioli, dill-caper aioli
Orchard Hill Creamery Cremeaux

2nd Course - choice of one per guest:

Filet of Beef, demi-glace, potato cake, asparagus


Prosciutto-Wrapped Plum Creek Farm Chicken Roulade, spinach & sun-dried tomato filling, au gratin potatoes, broccolini


Sea Scallops, mushroom risotto, green beans, cucumber-tarragon relish


House-made Pappardelle Pasta, zucchini and yellow squash “ribbons”, peas, garlic, white wine cream sauce


3rd Course Shared Dessert:

Chocolate Fondue Fountain
Marshmallows, strawberries, pineapple, pound cake, graham crackers
